Q.  How do I use Bello Jewels site?
A. We are your Diamond & Jewelry Store Online. Feel free to find and purchase fine diamond jewelry and Gemstone jewelry. Click on any jewelry category to get your selection or enter any keywords in the search box like 'bracelets,' 'rings' or 'earings.' Then click 'GO' to get result. Section Learning Center is for education and information on Gems and 4c's Diamonds.

Q.  How may I shop?
A. Use our Jewelry Shopping cart to store your selected items. You can, at any time, add or remove items from the cart before purchasing. Your selected items will remain in the cart for any number of days for you.

Q.  Is it possible to send gifts to different address?
A. Sending gifts to address not matching yours is possible. While you register, fill out the preferred delivery address in the block provided named 'Shopping Address.' For card holders security, this will require extra processing time and sometimes may also delay your order.

Q.  What is your return policy?
A. Yes, you can return your item after the purchase for a refund or an exchange. This has to be done within 30 days after your purchase has been shipped.

A. Yes. We ship our diamonds through carriers like 'EMS Speed Post,' an Indian Government Undertaking.

Q. What if I would like to return the jewelry I ordered earlier and am unable to find the appraisal certificate?
A. All the jewelry sold by us are accompanied with an in house Appraisal Certificate. This certificate is supposed to be returned with the product. If it is not returned, 10% of the sales price will be deducted to cover the cost of the certificate.

Q. Can you resize my ring?
A. If the rings made by us do not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 30 days of the original shipment. The resizing will take about 10-14 business days.

Q. Do you charge any sales tax?
A. Sales tax are compulsory within India. The tax rates are charged in appropriate to province or territory. We do not charge any sales tax for international shipping.

A. Avoid wearing it while doing housework, yard work or any rough work. Never allow your jewelry to come in contact with chlorine bleach. Clean your diamond in a bowl of warm sudsy water with little of mild liquid detergent. Brush it soft and then transfer to a wire or tea strainer and rinse with warm water. Pat dry. Clean gold in warm water with a bit of mild liquid detergent. Brush soft until lather is created. On a plastic or metal strainer, rinse off warm water. Pat dry with lint-free cloth.
